Singapore Airlines Staff Union (SIASU) has a Collective Agreement (CA) with Singapore Airlines. Each Collective Agreement is valid for 3 years.

The purpose of a CA is a written contract negotiated every 3 years through collective bargaining for employees that regulates the terms and conditions of employees at work.

These include our wages, benefits, medical, days off, welfare, hotel benefits, transport, contract length, Location Meal Allowances etc. 

Any changes to the CA can be made through Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/U) which is signed between the union and the company.
